Following
on the success of the debut album, 'Aircode', Silence Drift returns
with deep and tunefully beautiful 'Landscapes Through The Viewfinder',
his second full-length album. Hypnotic and charmful journey to the
mystery of ancient tropical rainforest, filled with nostalgic
melancholy. A breathtaking masterpiece! 'Lanscapes' was written and
recorded by Maxim partially over his trip to Cambodia and Thailand,
during July-August, 2008. The jungle atmosphere was an important
influence in these pieces, as they helped him to capture a tremendous
beauty of nature. Additional piano, vocal and guitar recordings was
made at his home studio in Moscow. Cover photograph was taking during
the trip by Maxim.
