ELDAR
- Amesha Spentas CD, cmi206 - DON'T MISS THEM ON WGT!
Eldar (Marc Merinee & Merce Spica) returns with a
new album and with their significant mixture of dark-ambient and
bombastic martial music. As always they choose the title for their album
related to a philosophical and mystical meaning. On "Amesha Spentas"
the songs has been created based on the work by Goya, from the
conceptual point of view. Viewing these works through an occult
philosophy. Each song is placed in a specific historical moment. All
sounds and instruments are also chosen specifically for each songs
individual concept. Using multitude of synths, samples, tools (metals,
knives, bowls, pipes, wood, etc.) together with field recordings.
Creating that special dark haunted atmosphere that has become wellknown
as the ELDAR sound. Urban Alonso, who created the conceptual
artwork, is a graphic designer well known in Spain by different musical
genres, also as a musician under the name "Scumearth" of Ambient Noise
genre.

IRM has already existed for over 10 years and are
recognized as one of the most interesting Industrial bands around. This
time Martin Bladh and Erik Jarl are joined by a third band member Mikael
Oretoft on bass-guitarr. This new work by IRM is a deeper
delving into the psyche of the self inflictor ? the core of inner
regions violently exposed. Comprised by four tracks, each exactly 15
minutes in length we are thrown into a vortex of feedback, cymbaldrones,
heavy bass-strumming, nightmarish pianotinkles and irreproachable
synthwork. Demanding your attention all the way through ? certainly not
an easy listening experience ? describing the course of events is
impossible. It is again a mature and intricate work of incisive
delicacies and theatrical ambiences. The sense of detail throughout is
immense and the editing perfect. The clinical heaviness of earlier works
are now transformed into a pure harsh, static soundwave which are most
often cut off by another, slower, softer but in ways a more painful and
dynamic one. The lyrics here are deeper cuts into personal matters. A
man altering between life and death - a calculating and disillusive
thinker and recluse who has lost the grip of reality, or perhaps found
another? The strife for self-control turned into sick dedication, waging
war on himself to receive recognition ? the end comes nearer. Seldom
have we heard a strange work like this which turns both lyrics and music
into a full whole ? stay away if deeper encounters with the human mind
offends.
The creative artwork was made by the renouned Swedish
artist Stefan Danielsson, who also made the frontcover artwork for
Whitehouse album "Racket"

BLOOD AXIS - Born Again CD
Coming in a super deluxe & stunning foilblocked
3panel ecopak with 24 page booklet. There will be at least one
resurrection on Easter Sunday, 2010, when Blood Axis unveils its latest
work, Born Again. The second full-length studio album in the group's
twenty-year history, Born Again signals startling developments and a
radical maturation. Old vines have been cut back and carefully tended in
order to bear strange new fruit. Over the course of the twelve tracks
that comprise Born Again, Blood Axis explores an epic yet human universe
in which gods are summoned, kingdoms rise, riddles are unlocked, love
is lost, and worlds crumble. This is psychedelia in the literal sense: a
"mind-manifesting" journey through the collective psyche of its
creators. Born Again weaves a web of potent pleasures. Whereas
the earliest Blood Axis music was marked by keyboards and samples, Blood
Axis in 2010 is stripped down to an essential core of natural
instrumentation, but with force and bombast fully intact. The sonic
ingredients on Born Again include electric and acoustic strings (guitar,
violin, bass, bouzouki, banjo), melodeon, piano, highland bagpipes and
Galician gaita, marching percussion, the mysterious Annabel-a-tron, and
Bobby BeauSoleil's growling, prison-vintage guitar eruptions circa 1976.
Underpinning the album and propelling much of the music is the
traditional Irish drum the bodhr? recorded here with unprecedented
power. Moynihan's ominous voice is well matched by Annabel Lee's elfin
intonations, just as her violin finds a perfect counterpoint in Robert
Ferbrache's protean guitar parts. A selective cabal of guest musicians
from Europe and the USA add tasteful embellishments to these deceptively
simple arrangements. Shot through by myth and romance, the expressive
lyrics on Born Again have their roots in ancient and modern poetry,
archaic invocations, and tragic laments. Alongside modern English and
German, songs are sung in medieval 10th-century Old English and
13th-century Middle High German. The end result is both unclassifiable
and unforgettable: neither folk nor rock, traditional nor avant-garde,
modern nor archaic. It is simply Blood Axis.
Born Again was
recorded over a span of many years in remote locations ranging from
rural Vermont to the catacombs of Absinthe Studios in Denver, Colorado.
Engineered and produced by founding Blood Axis member Ferbrache, the
dense sonic tapestry of Born Again is simultaneously raw and refined,
synergistically more than the sum of its primal parts. Packaged in a
beautiful gatefold cover, Born Again includes a 24-page booklet with
complete lyrics and translations, striking portraits of the band
members, and solemn photographic images from France, Germany, Austria,
Portugal, and the USA.
To everything there is season. For those
who are cursed, a time to die and to be forgotten. And for the blessed, a
time to be born again: to live on, beyond death, in the minds of men.
Now
is the time for Blood Axis to be Born Again.

all things in life, whether good or bad, can be sold
provided they\'re sugarcoated and smell like strawberries, pine trees or

humble...\" atrabilis sunrise\'s \"pillgrimage\" is a story about
psychedelics, religion and unconditional surrender; a possible
soundtrack to an unnamed road movie involving more drugs than \"fear

more sportive activities than seen in \'the passion of christ\'. \"i
see them becoming larger in numbers and i must follow the leader...
maybe you know him, he says he\'s your son...\"
this songbook counts
eleven tracks of some of the best death industrial you will most likely
encounter for some time. eleven \'psalms\' writtenb and orchestrated by
the frenchman padre p.c. who created atrabilis sunrise after the demise
of catharsis. under this pseudonym he released several cdr\'s and one
white vinyl 7\" on formosan rec, the predecessor of raubbau. \"he

\"pillgrimage\" is an untold tale of
the noughties; made of sleepless nights in the country, weird meetings
and brought to you by drugs andother kinds of banned cults. for better,
for worse. \"pillgrimage\" is the journey towards the unknown through
the combined eyes of the children of god and the children of the corn.

Italian cult band in which play 2 former members of AIN
SOPH as well as other well known musicians of the Roman underground. At
the time of the last release by Circus Joy ?Improvvisa Azione
Paganini", noise was turned into pleasure and sex; in their new work,
"Laetitia", there is no pleasure in noise without sorrow , and sorrow
takes over...
this CD is not only a sonic tribute to Pop-Art, as its
cover clearly shows, or to the noise-psychedelic rock of Velvet
Underground (one of the most influential bands for Circus Joy): it's a
tribute to the recent and tragic departure of their friend and
poet/singer, Letizia. "Laetitia" displays the two faces of Circus
Joy: sensual, sick love ballads on one side and the crazy, electric,
rides on the other. The record has been recorded between 2008 and
2009 at "Spectrelab" and "Trafalgar Studio Roma" , except for the last
track "An Eccentric Garden" which has been realised putting together the
single parts each of members did on their own, at their own place, then
sending them via the internet to the others... Circus Joy is a
group of non-musicians, long time friends who come together to produce
noise by experimenting and improvising with their instruments.
Formed
in 1984 by Corrado Mancini, the line-up tends to change from release to
release, for this album the line-up was completed by Spectre, Mario
F.O.B., ClauDEDI and Steve StrolI. A crazy post-industrial release.

GENOCIDE ORGAN - Leichenlinie CD
20 years have passed since :Leichenlinie: got released
the 1st time, and 10 years since it got released the 2nd time as CD
accompanied with the :Truth will make you free: album. And now it
shines here as the totally remastered 20 years anniversary edition.
Completed with 2 additional tracks recorded around the same time and
formerly released on the Monochrome Meditator MC only (SSSM / Japan
1991). This material stands for one of the most wanted records in
this genre for all times. :Leichenlinie: remains as an outstanding
release in the german post industrial music genre. The well-balanced
music contains power electronic rhythm based tracks as well as dark
drowning ambient pieces with haunting samples. Tracks like Klaus Barbie,
Mind Control and Come Orgasm are played on various stations, parties
and radios for the last 20 years. The two additional tracks, so far
unknown to the majority, are fitting perfectly to the line-up of the
early industrial-rhythm driven sound of the band. The CD comes
in a nice spot varnished digipack with the logo debossed on the front
cover, similar to : In-Konflikt :.
Genocide Organ got founded
in 1985. :Leichenlinie: compiled G.O. material that got recorded
between 1987-1989 at Strebelwerk / Mannheim. Originally released in
1989 as Tesco 001. :Leichenlinie: is still an outstanding
milestone in europeon "post industrial" music as it let loose new
creative energy of a genre which was thought to be dead.
The
socio-political criticism, and cultural-terrorist approach is inherent. A
document of its time! The opening opus of the bands restless striving
for more depth in a shallow reality, in a society that likes to hide the
unpleasant and controversial sides of life. The phrase "noli me
tangere" is no longer in effect!

From Changes' inception, R. N. Taylor and Nicholas
Tesluk have woven bardic tales of gallantry, chivalry and of
larger-than-life legendary and mythical heroes. They've sung of new
love, love unrequited and love lost. They've written songs painting
sonic imagery foretelling a dark apocalyptic future, which later came to
pass while currently prophesying a society in the seminal stages of an
even darker fate. With their new album, Lament, they turn their gaze
inward, to their own personal apocalypses, stemming from their long
marriages ending in dismal dissolution. They tell of their dark,
oppressive inner-world that sought to drive them beyond the brink of
despair. Only by being able to immerse themselves in their art and
create works expressing these sorrows would they be able to maintain
their sanity. Lament reaches out to all who've had their lives disrupted
by modern societal partners going through mid-life crises, becoming
antagonistic strangers to their families overnight. The song
entitled "The Invisible Man" tells a tale based on H. G. Wells' novel
with a personal twist. In their song "Emily", the historical figure of
poetess Emily Dickinson comes to life. The "Mountains of Sorrow
(Remix)", is an instrumental song enhanced by the deft arrangement,
musicians and singers of Der Blutharsch with a voice-over by R. N.
Taylor of his heart-rending lyric poetry. Also included, new
versions of three of Changes' earlier works; "The Saddest Thing", "Sweet
Eve" and "Memorabilia" as these songs merged well with the album's
concept. Lament is sixty-four minutes in length with thirteen tracks.
Comes in nice Digipak with a sixteen page liner booklet.

ORDO ROSARIUS EQUILIBRIO - O N A N I - [Practice Makes
Perfect] CD/DVD BOX
Yes we found a few remaining boxes of this wonderful
release!
Exclusive and limited box-version includes the
digipak-CD version with 28-pages booklet - all lyrics! - 8 exclusive
sensual and private Ordo Rosarius Equilibrio postcards AND a DVD-disc!
Imagine
the force of countless orgasms focused into a single purpose, a single
vision made flesh- and you have Ordo Rosarius Equilibrio's 8th
full-length album: O N A N I - [Practice makes Perfect].
This
release, two years in the making, inspired partly by la petit mort, the
little death achieved by one's own hands or by the hands of others (as
four hands please better than two) continues in the O.R.E. tradition of
opulent depravity and decadent beauty as an unrestrained aural and
aesthetic opus to the drives of man, sealed with apocalips kisses.
The
music is in the ever-evolving sound of O.R.E., seductive and somber ?
this time possibly with a more "pop" orientation, which makes the songs
all the more poignant. Lush guitars, pounding percussions, humming
organs and pianos, church choirs, subtle moans and female vocals by muse
and mistress Rose-Marie Larsen, and the added new element of a softly
throbbing drummachine creates the evocative, ravenous soundtrack. And
yet above all hovers the most dominant element- the stern and yet
alluring voice of the visionary behind O.R.E., Tomas Pettersson,
singing, speaking, inviting us to cum with him.
There is a
sensible melancholy for what has been lost and for what will never be,
mixed with wanton visceral visions and fullfilment ? carnal love and
hate, joy and grief. Tinged with subtle black humor, like a movie of
Tinto Brass put into a musical score ? and there's even a song in
italian. All the dreamlike masturbatory images in the album-artwork are
derived from the lustrous and willing ranks of the Army of Roses and
Equilibrium, and yet this is not mere porn or cheap erotica, but divine
and infernal eroticism unrestrained. A fire of unhinged desire kindled
to a raging flame that ignites and consumes, and that in the end, we are
consumed by ? the fire of life.
Sexual magic made manifest, or
merely dandy decadence for the an erotic eschatology, or both - you
decide. And be that as it may, in the end, this will leave you on the
floor to plead and beg for more.
