After appearances on compilations such as Endzeit Bunkertracks and Interbreeding, 'Menschenfeind' on Vendetta Music is Necrotek's first full-length cd. Influenced by Skinny Puppy, Front Line Assembly, Dive, and others, it blends old-school industrial elements with cyber-tek electronics to create a dark and uncompromising industrial sound.

Tanja Dovens, born on Sep5, 1975 and living in Berlin, received a classical piano-training at the music-academy in Hamburg plus education in composition and audition. At the age of 13 she already developed her own compositions in classical minimal-music that still plays an important role in her musical activities nowadays. In December 2006 the first computer-compositions involving music-software, VST-plug-ins and VST-instruments were developed. Invented and defined by Smith, the term Zn'shñ signifies: the gleam of dark colours.
Deliberately antithetic and intentionally enigmatic, Zn'shñ is basically enthused by Butoh iconography, Japanese Gagaku aesthetic and Tibetan rituals codification.
"The winter book" is the complete original soundtrack from the eponymous 30mn digital film made by Elvire Bastendorff.
The soundtrack was conceived and recorded by Zn'shñ before the film.
